For clarification purposes, a person or any other organisation/entity who purchased any type of services whether directly or indirectly from our company in accordance with this agreement between our company and themselves, will be known as ‘Customer’.

All warranties or depictions whether communicated directly or indirectly via written or oral methods, in fact or due to operation of the law or else, are expressed herein, with no other exceptions. We are not liable for any reparations consequently whether direct or indirect for any reason in any events including damages resulting from the customer’s use of the services, reports, or data obtained from us, including any incorrectness and/or exclusion of Nuans databank Pre-searches, Nuans Reports, Trademarks, including all other types of services accessible through our website that could evolved into liabilities or responsibilities.
2. If there are damages directly as a result from our negligence or breach of contract while providing our services, then compensation will be provided to the customer limited to the total amount of fees paid for the service by the customer as charged by our company, with no other exceptions.
3. By purchasing any services from our website, the customer hereby agrees to secure us against hurt, loss, or damages, and to indemnify our company from any damages/loss/liability to the customers or any other parties’ loss which resulted from our carelessness or negligence due to the customers access to our services as provided in our website.
4. The customer accepts we will not be responsible for any incorrectness or oversight of information obtained from third parties, without any exceptions, under the circumstances when we are subjected to obtain information from third party databanks as ordered or requested from the customers.
5. Any complaints of negligence or breach of contracts in the fulfilment of services must be submitted within 30 days with adequate proof of said fault, starting from the date we executed the service, with possible compensation to customers in terms of maximum fees as paid by customers for the services charged by us.
6. Our fees and service charges terms and conditions: Customer acknowledges that no refunds can be provided once the order has been submitted, in any circumstances. Our smart ordering, self-filling system, automatically file the customer’s order with government’s database at the time of purchase. Once an order has been filled with the government databases, the government does not provide any refund for any case. Hence, any purchases of instant services, are non-refundable in all cases, with no exceptions.

We acknowledge to take extreme care and dedication to keep information within our system protected from loss of privacy throughout the whole period of services rendered to customer. All information collected while ordering is solely use for fulfilling the transaction as requested by the customers. Contact information such as phone number and email requested will only be used to contact the customers with regards to their order and payment information such as credit card details will only be use for collecting payments for the services as requested by the customer. Any other information provided from the customers to us will be protected with our utmost sincerity, and never shared with other unrelated third party unless in a circumstance where a third-party agent is required to fulfill the order as requested by customer, or when we are required to release the information by law, court order, subpoena, or for fraud investigation.

Your right to confidentiality is important to us. So, we address your privacy and security concerns by promising that any personal information that we have collected from you will be protected and never vended to any unrelated third party. Our company will not send SPAM/unnecessary messages either via email or post, other than when information relating to the services offered or requested by the customers.

Customer acknowledges that we are acting as an agent on behalf of the customer to complete requested transactions. We are unable to offer any type of legal advice, nor are we a law firm. Customer who uses our service have agreed to take responsibility of accessing any legal or professional advice before placing an order. Any access of our website is at the customer’s risk and discretion. We do not guarantee that the website is not free from error, virus, or any other harmful component. All of our website’s content and information is for customer’s general use and information only and cannot be considered as legal advice.

We do not take any liability to the customer or any other third party with regards to any services on our website in the event of a claim of any type. Use of our website is at customer’s own discretion and acknowledgment of the service as requested by the customer.

Our Return Policy

No refunds can be provided once the order has been submitted, in any circumstances. Our smart self-filling ordering system automatically files the customer’s order with government’s database at the time of purchase. Once an order has been filled with the government databases, the government does not provide any refund for any case. Hence, any purchases of instant services in our website are non-refundable with no exceptions.
