Named Company: You can propose Corporation's name here. Once we receive the approval from Enterprise Quebec we will proceed to the incorporation. Company's name MUST be in French. You may add an optional English name if you wish.

Numbered Company: You Company's name will be a numbered name. That means, the first part of the name with a random number generated by the Enterprise Quebec.

What is a Minute Book?
Corporation regulations require that you have a properly maintained minute book with up to date information and changes made to the business. When you visit a bank to open an account for the business, the minute book is accepted as proof of shareholders' names and is Included:

Custom Articles of Incorporation: Suitable for service providers like accountants, lawyers, etc who wish to have an advanced share structure. If you select this option, you must provide the following in the box below:
